Holiday rental management in Capri
Own a home or apartment in Capri and want it to earn from short-term rentals, without dealing with guests, cleaning and Italian bureaucracy? Riviera Home Stay manages your property for you, at the level of service you choose.
Why Capri needs careful management
Capri, together with Anacapri, is one of the most exclusive destinations in the Mediterranean. Guests expect a high level of service, and rates can be just as high. Running a home on an island takes organisation, though: cleaning, supplies, maintenance and guest arrivals all depend on boat connections and a reliable network on the island.

How much can a holiday home in Capri earn?
It depends on location, size, views and amenities. Our free assessment gives you an estimate based on your own property, not on generic averages.
Can I rent out my home in Capri if I live abroad?
Yes. Foreign owners can rent out their Italian property, but rental income is taxed in Italy even if you live elsewhere, and registration rules apply from the first booking. We handle the operations; for your tax position, please consult a qualified Italian accountant (commercialista).
Do I need a CIN code?
Yes. Every short-term rental in Italy must have a CIN and show it in its listings. We help you obtain it and sort out the regional code.
Can I still use the house myself?
Of course. You block your dates on the calendar and we manage bookings for the rest of the year.
